NICOLE MIGLIS SHARES “LURE”, ANOTHER STANDOUT FROM HER DEBUT SOLO ALBUM ‘MYOPIA’

WATCH / STREAM: “LURE”

PRE-ORDER: MYOPIA

Nicole Miglis (of revered indie pop experimentalists Hundred Waters) has just shared “Lure,” another standout from her impending debut solo album Myopia - out August 23rd on Sargent House.

“Lure,” which arrives alongside a vibrant and whimsical music video by Ian Clontz is a cogent manifestation of Miglis’s innate ability to weave different influences, opening as a downtempo electronic ballad before revealing itself as frenetic dance pop via a wildly syncopated drum programming that joins the sonic pastiche. “The song plays on themes of allure, the shadow of desire, the push and pull, the power struggle of love, the games, the feeling of being reeled in and cast away like a fishing lure,” states Miglis of the song. Watch the video for "Lure" and pre-order Myopia vinyl, CDs, and merch above.
